Nam\u00edsto gener\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editele, kter\u00fd se vyh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na vrcholu moci, stav\u00ed tato filozofie do st\u0159edu z\u00e1jmu pot\u0159eby zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. \u0160\u00e9f zde nen\u00ed jen t\u00edm, kdo rozhoduje, ale tak\u00e9 pomocn\u00edkem, podporovatelem a obh\u00e1jcem sv\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/p>\n\n<p>Slu\u017eebn\u00e9 veden\u00ed je o tom, jak mohou mana\u017ee\u0159i podporovat \u00fasp\u011bch sv\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f t\u00edm, \u017ee budou jednat empaticky, s uzn\u00e1n\u00edm a s ohledem na komunitu. Tuto my\u0161lenku zalo\u017eil Robert Greenleaf a pevn\u011b se usadila ve v\u00fdzkumu leadershipu. V \u010dem je ale tato filozofie tak jedine\u010dn\u00e1?<\/p>\n\n<p>P\u0159edstavte si, \u017ee jste v orchestru a v\u00e1\u0161 \u0161\u00e9f nen\u00ed dirigent na p\u00f3diu, ale houslista v prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b. Slu\u017eebn\u00e9 veden\u00ed stav\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k veden\u00ed na hlavu. Zat\u00edmco b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 modely se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na blaho firmy, Servant Leader stav\u00ed do pop\u0159ed\u00ed zam\u011bstnance.
