Jedn\u00edm z t\u011bchto aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch t\u00e9mat, kter\u00e9 p\u0159itahuje st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pozornost, je my\u0161lenka \u010dty\u0159denn\u00edho pracovn\u00edho t\u00fddne. Tato organizace pracovn\u00ed doby nab\u00fdv\u00e1 v posledn\u00edch letech na v\u00fdznamu a mnoz\u00ed ji pova\u017euj\u00ed za mo\u017en\u00fd pracovn\u00ed model budoucnosti.<\/p>\n\n<p>V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se bl\u00ed\u017ee pod\u00edv\u00e1me na v\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu, kter\u00fd provedla spole\u010dnost Fiverr International Ltd. Spole\u010dnost Fiverr, kter\u00e1 chce zm\u011bnit zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm sv\u011bt spolupracuje, provedla na konci srpna pr\u016fzkum mezi zam\u011bstnanci a freelancery v N\u011bmecku, Francii, Nizozemsku, It\u00e1lii, Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii, Austr\u00e1lii a USA. Pr\u016fzkum nejen osv\u011btluje sou\u010dasn\u00e9 zm\u011bny v pracovn\u00ed kultu\u0159e, ale tak\u00e9 zd\u016fraz\u0148uje v\u00fdznam flexibility a efektivity v dne\u0161n\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Hlavn\u00ed ot\u00e1zka pr\u016fzkumu zn\u00ed: Lze stejn\u00fd objem pr\u00e1ce zvl\u00e1dnout za \u010dty\u0159i pracovn\u00ed dny m\u00edsto p\u011bti?<\/strong>  Odpov\u011b\u010f na tuto ot\u00e1zku by mohla ovlivnit nejen budoucnost organizace pracovn\u00ed doby, ale tak\u00e9 zm\u011bnit standardy produktivity a preference zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v podnic\u00edch po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n<center><script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2101102613894527\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\n<!-- Blogartikel HRtalk -->\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2101102613894527\" data-ad-slot=\"8435655885\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/center>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky \u010dty\u0159denn\u00edho pracovn\u00edho t\u00fddne<\/h2>\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm t\u00e9matem pr\u016fzkumu Fiverr byl \u010dty\u0159denn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed t\u00fdden jako mo\u017en\u00fd model pracovn\u00ed doby budoucnosti. V\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu p\u0159inesly zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 poznatky a p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e1 zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 <strong>dv\u011b t\u0159etiny (62 %) respondent\u016f v N\u011bmecku jsou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deny, \u017ee stejnou pr\u00e1ci mohou zvl\u00e1dnout za \u010dty\u0159i pracovn\u00ed dny m\u00edsto p\u011bti<\/strong>. Ale to je jen pr\u016fm\u011br. V mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku je tohoto n\u00e1zoru t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 7 z 10 respondent\u016f (69 %).<\/p>\n\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee mezi generacemi jsou tak\u00e9 z\u0159eteln\u00e9 rozd\u00edly. Zejm\u00e9na mlad\u0161\u00ed respondenti, jako je <strong>generace Z a generace Y, jsou t\u00e9to my\u0161lence naklon\u011bni &#8211; 68 %, resp. 74 % z nich je o tom p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deno<\/strong>. Naproti tomu v generaci baby boomu sd\u00edl\u00ed toto p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e polovina (47 %). Tyto v\u00fdsledky osv\u011btluj\u00ed rozd\u00edln\u00e9 postoje k organizaci pracovn\u00ed doby v r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u011bkov\u00fdch skupin\u00e1ch a ilustruj\u00ed genera\u010dn\u00ed zm\u011bny v pracovn\u00ed kultu\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mezigenera\u010dn\u00ed postoje k organizaci pracovn\u00ed doby<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pr\u016fzkum v\u0161ak p\u0159es\u00e1hl ot\u00e1zku \u010dty\u0159denn\u00edho pracovn\u00edho t\u00fddne a zkoumal n\u00e1zory na organizaci pracovn\u00ed doby obecn\u011b. Zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm aspektem se stala my\u0161lenka produktivity ve vztahu k pracovn\u00ed dob\u011b. V <strong>dne\u0161n\u00edm modern\u00edm pracovn\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b je st\u00e1le jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee produktivita nesouvis\u00ed pouze s po\u010dtem odpracovan\u00fdch hodin<\/strong>. V\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee respondenti v N\u011bmecku pova\u017euj\u00ed za produktivn\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011bru 29 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b. To nazna\u010duje, \u017ee postoj k efektivit\u011b pr\u00e1ce hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli p\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed vlastn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konec pr\u00e1ce od dev\u00edti do p\u011bti<\/h2>\n\n<p>V dne\u0161n\u00edm m\u011bn\u00edc\u00edm se sv\u011bt\u011b pr\u00e1ce je tradi\u010dn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed model &#8220;od dev\u00edti do p\u011bti&#8221; st\u00e1le v\u00edce zpochyb\u0148ov\u00e1n. V\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu Fiverr ilustruj\u00ed tuto postupnou zm\u011bnu a osv\u011btluj\u00ed m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby a produktivity.<\/p>\n\n<p>Jen o n\u011bco v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159etina (37 %) respondent\u016f uvedla, \u017ee se c\u00edt\u00ed obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b kreativn\u00ed b\u011bhem obvykl\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed doby v kancel\u00e1\u0159i od 9 do 17 hodin. Mezi nejmlad\u0161\u00ed generac\u00ed, GenZ, je to jen o n\u011bco v\u00edce ne\u017e 3 z 10 respondent\u016f (31 %). To nazna\u010duje, \u017ee pevn\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed doba, kter\u00e1 byla v minulosti pova\u017eov\u00e1na za normu, ji\u017e nemus\u00ed nutn\u011b poskytovat optim\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed a produktivn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee pr\u016fzkum tak\u00e9 uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee <strong>t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovina (47 %) respondent\u016f uvedla, \u017ee jsou nejproduktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mezi 7. a 10. hodinou rann\u00ed<\/strong>. Tento vzorec se s p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edm v\u011bkem respondent\u016f prohluboval, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e star\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00edci m\u011bli tendenci b\u00fdt produktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v \u010dasn\u00fdch rann\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch.<strong> P\u0159ekvapiv\u011b v\u0161ak \u010dtvrtina (25 %) p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f generace GenZ pova\u017eovala za nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dobu dokonce dobu p\u0159ed sedmou hodinou rann\u00ed<\/strong>. To dokl\u00e1d\u00e1 rostouc\u00ed z\u00e1jem o flexibiln\u00ed modely pracovn\u00ed doby, zejm\u00e9na u mlad\u0161\u00ed generace, kter\u00e1 chce v\u00edce zohlednit sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed cykly a preference.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e1ce na d\u00e1lku<\/h2>\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu spole\u010dnosti Fiverr zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed touhu po <a href=\"https:\/\/hrtalk.de\/remote-working\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2348\">pr\u00e1ci nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 na m\u00edst\u011b<\/a>, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 tak\u00e9 jako pr\u00e1ce na d\u00e1lku nebo teleworking. V\u00fdznamn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st respondent\u016f vyj\u00e1d\u0159ila p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed pracovat z domova z r\u016fzn\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00daspora \u010dasu a n\u00e1klad\u016f d\u00edky eliminaci doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u010ctvrtina respondent\u016f z N\u011bmecka (25 %) uvedla, \u017ee by rad\u011bji pracovala z domova. Jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f pro tuto volbu byla <strong>\u00faspora \u010dasu a pen\u011bz d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee nemuseli doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt<\/strong>. Ka\u017edodenn\u00ed doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed do pr\u00e1ce m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nejen \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, ale m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 znamenat vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na dopravu, benz\u00edn a parkovn\u00e9. Mo\u017enost u\u0161et\u0159it tyto prost\u0159edky je proto pro mnoho zam\u011bstnanc\u016f velmi atraktivn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pln\u011bn\u00ed \u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1ly \u00fakol\u016f z domova<\/h3>\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm d\u016fvodem pro up\u0159ednost\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/hrtalk.de\/remote-working\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2348\">pr\u00e1ce na d\u00e1lku<\/a> je mo\u017enost vykon\u00e1vat r\u016fzn\u00e9 \u00fakoly z domova. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovina (46 %) dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch to pova\u017euje za v\u00fdhodu. To by mohlo nazna\u010dovat, \u017ee zam\u011bstnanci oce\u0148uj\u00ed flexibilitu, d\u00edky n\u00ed\u017e mohou l\u00e9pe sladit sv\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed povinnosti s jin\u00fdmi aspekty sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota, jako jsou dom\u00e1c\u00ed pr\u00e1ce nebo rodinn\u00e9 z\u00e1vazky.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed v kancel\u00e1\u0159i<\/h3>\n\n<p>Krom\u011b toho <strong>37 % dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch uvedlo, \u017ee se v kancel\u00e1\u0159i sn\u00e1ze rozpt\u00fdl\u00ed<\/strong>. Kancel\u00e1\u0159 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u011bkdy m\u00edstem, kde je soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed a produktivita naru\u0161ena hlasit\u00fdmi rozhovory, neust\u00e1l\u00fdmi sch\u016fzkami nebo jin\u00fdmi ru\u0161iv\u00fdmi vlivy. Pr\u016fzkum spole\u010dnosti Fiverr poskytuje zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 informace o preferenc\u00edch respondent\u016f, pokud jde o t\u00fdmovou pr\u00e1ci a d\u016fle\u017eitost osobn\u00edch sch\u016fzek.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preference t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce<\/h3>\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z nejodhalen\u011bj\u0161\u00edch aspekt\u016f pr\u016fzkumu je, \u017ee <strong>ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u00e1t\u00fd (20 %) d\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ednost pr\u00e1ci s\u00e1m<\/strong>. To odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed r\u016fznorodost pracovn\u00edch preferenc\u00ed a ukazuje, \u017ee ne ka\u017ed\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec nebo pracovn\u00edk na voln\u00e9 noze m\u00e1 stejn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci. V tomto ohledu vynik\u00e1 N\u011bmecko, kde je pr\u016fm\u011br v jednotliv\u00fdch zem\u00edch pouze 13 %.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Osobn\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed hraj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitou roli<\/h3>\n\n<p>Navzdory r\u016fzn\u00fdm preferenc\u00edm hraj\u00ed osobn\u00ed sch\u016fzky st\u00e1le d\u016fle\u017eitou roli v t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci. <strong>42 % respondent\u016f uvedlo, \u017ee se s kolegy setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed dvakr\u00e1t nebo \u010dast\u011bji denn\u011b, zat\u00edmco 33 % d\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ednost osobn\u00edm sch\u016fzk\u00e1m n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b a\u017e jednou denn\u011b<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preference souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s v\u011bkem<\/h3>\n\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee osobn\u00ed sch\u016fzky jsou obl\u00edben\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na u star\u0161\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a pracovn\u00edk\u016f na voln\u00e9 noze. V generaci GenZ byl pod\u00edl t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed d\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159ednost osobn\u00edm sch\u016fzk\u00e1m, 41 %, zat\u00edmco mezi Baby Boomers to bylo a\u017e 60 %. To zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee preference t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce \u00fazce souvis\u00ed s v\u011bkem respondent\u016f.<\/p>\n\n<p>Krom\u011b osobn\u00edch sch\u016fzek se pro t\u00fdmovou pr\u00e1ci pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 komunika\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky. Jako obl\u00edben\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby komunikace byly ozna\u010deny telefonn\u00ed hovory (35 %), videohovory (21 %) a osobn\u00ed sch\u016fzky mimo kancel\u00e1\u0159 v kav\u00e1rn\u00e1ch nebo pracovn\u00edch prostor\u00e1ch (21 %).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fiverr a budoucnost pr\u00e1ce<\/h2>\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky pr\u016fzkumu spole\u010dnosti Fiverr nejen osv\u011btluj\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9 trendy ve sv\u011bt\u011b pr\u00e1ce, ale tak\u00e9 vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed ot\u00e1zku, jak spole\u010dnosti jako Fiverr samy utv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed a podporuj\u00ed budoucnost pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n\n<p>Florian M\u00fcller, Country Manager DACH ve spole\u010dnosti Fiverr, zd\u016fraznil v\u00fdznam flexibility ve sv\u011bt\u011b pr\u00e1ce a podotkl: &#8220;Produktivitu nelze m\u011b\u0159it pracovn\u00ed dobou nebo odpracovan\u00fdmi hodinami. Flexibilita zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f se vyplat\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na s ohledem na vstup generace Z na trh pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n\n<p>Toto prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed zd\u016fraz\u0148uje roli spole\u010dnost\u00ed, jako je Fiverr, p\u0159i utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed budoucnosti pr\u00e1ce.
